We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ladies Fashion retail store in Newry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
- Manage store budgets and expenses
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
