Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in the overall operation and performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

Education and Experience:
