We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our client's flagship store on Grafton Street, Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetics and beauty, with proven leadership abilities to drive store performance and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to maximize sales.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
