Our client, a leading Apparel Brand is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail store in Santry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of retail management, and the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the store.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide ongoing training and development for staff.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
