Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Manage front-of-house activities, including client reception, appointment scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in retail and luxury services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage salon staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure the availability of necessary products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar role within the retail and luxury sector.
