Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our client's retail team in Mullingar, Co Westmeath. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

Education:
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
