We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Dundrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, driving sales, and maximizing profitability. The Store Manager will lead and motivate the team, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Implement strategies to increase store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote the brand image.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including banking and till reconciliation.
- Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and market trends.
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Dundrum is a plus.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
