We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dundrum. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage and train staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role.
