Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Tralee, Kerry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to drive sales and improve store performance. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Liaise with the regional manager and other stakeholders to align store activities with overall company goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
