We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Manager to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fashion retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The Fashion Manager will lead a team of sales associates and work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and market dynamics to keep the store competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Manage the store’s budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
