We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing action plans to address any issues and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to set goals, review performance, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
