We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
