We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
