We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead and manage our flagship store in Dublin City. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a motivated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of sales associates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

- A degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
