Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the premises.
- Support the Manager in various administrative tasks and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budget management.

Education and Experience:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
