Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading the team to achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Assist in staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze sales reports and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
