Our Client is a leading retailer specializing in Fashion, committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead their Dundrum location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing team.
- Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.

- Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales and profitability to meet and exceed store targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.

- Inventory and Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and reduce shrinkage.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain store presentation standards.
- Implement promotional activities and in-store events to drive sales.

- Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store security and health and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and traffic.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
