The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Store Manager will lead and motivate a team, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets all company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve their full potential.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain store aesthetics and drive sales.
- Prepare and manage store budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in retail.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
- Customer-focused with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education:
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
