We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase sales opportunities.

• Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products/services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Fashion
