Our client, a leading Home and Fashion Retailer is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their store in Clonakilty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
